| Usage: | Carbon black N220 can be used in various rubber compounds.Compared to the compounds filled with carbon black N330,those with N220 has higher abrasion of 10%~20%,higher tensile strength and higher crack resistance,higher heat-up and hardness.The compound filled with N220 is conductive. The compound filled with N234 has better abrasion than those with N220,N242 and N339.Its abrasion is about 10% higher than those of compounds with N220.Especially in the rigorous conditions,it shows very good abrasion performance.The process performance of the N234 compounds is good too.The surface is smooth,suitable for various compounds. The deficiency of the N234 compounds is its high heat-up and high hysteresis loss. | |
